We are always eager to receive your papers.

To submit your paper, send it via email to osma.redazione@gmail.com. The paper must be attached in .doc/.docx format and accompanied by a brief personal introduction. In the subject line of the email, please write “Application” followed by your last name.

Submission Guidelines

The article must have an academic approach, aligning with our editorial standards.
Sector-specific or specialized topics are preferred over general ones.
The length should be between 1,500 and 5,000 words.
The format should follow that of a Geopolitical Report or Policy Paper,
The article must be written in justified alignment, structured with headings, subheadings, and subparagraph.
Each subparagraph must be indented.
The font must be Times New Roman 12, while paragraph titles must be in Times New Roman Bold 14.
Chicago referencing style (footnotes) must be used, and a bibliography must be included.
- Footnotes: Name Surname, year, Title, other coordinates where needed (such as Journal, Vol., Editor, city…), Url/Doi
- Bibliography: Surname, Name. Title, other coordinates where needed (such as Journal, Vol., Editor, city…), Url/Doi

Links in references must be underlined and colored in black

If the paper meets the publication standards, you will be contacted by the coordinator of the relevant area. After the initial review, the article will undergo a double peer-review process before being considered for publication. This process might take as long as two month.

OSMA reserves the right to reject submissions without undergoing a review process if they are deemed unsuitable or not aligned with the center’s editorial needs.

Each contribution shall be considered voluntary and provided without remuneration.
